These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Hosting520 (“Service”), a service provided by SuperSD Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) CRM Portal on https://supersdenterprises.com. By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Hosting520 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.


1. Definitions

  • Account: The user profile registered to access the Hosting520 CRM Portal.

  • Client Data: All information, files, and content entered or uploaded by you or your authorized users.

  • Service: The CRM portal and associated tools, features, and integrations provided by Hosting520.


2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.


3. Account Registration and Security

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breach.
    You are responsible for all activities under your account.


4. Use of Service

You may use the Service solely for lawful business purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful or fraudulent activity.

  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service.

  • Copy, modify, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if misuse is detected.


5. Fees and Payments

Use of the Service may require payment as described in your subscription plan.

  • All fees are billed according to the terms of your selected plan.

  • Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of your account.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing.


6. Data Ownership and Privacy

  • You retain full ownership of all Client Data submitted through the Service.

  • By using the Service, you grant SuperSD Enterprises LLC a limited license to host, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service.

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain continuous availability of the Service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, updates, or technical issues may cause temporary downtime.


8. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property related to Hosting520 and the CRM Portal (including software, design, and trademarks) remains the sole property of SuperSD Enterprises LLC.
You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.


9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account:

  • For violation of these Terms,

  • Non-payment of fees, or

  • For any reason with reasonable notice.

Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and your data may be deleted after a retention period.


10. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.”
SuperSD Enterprises LLC makes no warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.


11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SuperSD Enterprises LLC shall not be liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages,

  • Loss of profits, data, or business,

  • Any damages exceeding the amount paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.


12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SuperSD Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.


13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. 

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cochise County, Arizona.

Hosting520 (SuperSD Enterprises LLC) – VOIP Service Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of VOIP phone services provided by Hosting520, a service of SuperSD Enterprises LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By creating an account or using our VOIP services, the customer (“User,” “you,” or “your”) agrees to all terms listed below.


1. Account Registration and Setup

1.1 All users are required to register for an account and complete account setup prior to using any Hosting520 VOIP service.
1.2 You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including a valid service address for E911 purposes if applicable.
1.3 You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.


2. Account Credits and Payments

2.1 Users must purchase Account Refill Credits to use any VOIP phone services.
2.2 Each account may hold a maximum of $100 in credits at any time.
2.3 Credits are non-refundable and expire one (1) year from the date of purchase.
2.4 All VOIP usage requires a positive credit balance.
2.5 Accounts with a $0.00 balance are automatically suspended until additional credits are purchased.


3. Account Suspension and Termination

3.1 Accounts suspended for 30 days may have their phone number reassigned or lost.
3.2 Accounts suspended for one (1) year will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.
3.3 The Company is not liable for any loss of phone numbers or data due to suspension or expiration.


4. E911 Emergency Services

4.1 E911 service is available only upon request by the User.
4.2 E911 calls are routed solely based on the physical address provided on the account.
4.3 The User is fully responsible for keeping the E911 address accurate and up-to-date.
4.4 The User agrees to hold Hosting520 and SuperSD Enterprises LLC harmless from any liability arising from:

  • incorrect or outdated E911 information,

  • delays or failures in emergency routing,

  • the User’s failure to update their address.
    4.5 Accounts that do not subscribe to E911 service and place a 911 call will be charged an $80 fee per call.


5. Required Internet Service

5.1 VOIP phone service requires the User to maintain reliable broadband internet service.
5.2 The Company is not responsible for call quality issues, outages, or service interruptions caused by:

  • the User’s internet provider,

  • local network issues,

  • modem, router, or equipment failures.
    5.3 The User agrees to hold the Company harmless from any claims related to internet-based disruptions affecting VOIP service.


6. Equipment and Configuration

6.1 Standard service is offered as Bring Your Own Device (BYOD), Do-It-Yourself (DIY) configuration. Select or full feature setup and configuration services are available for additional charges.
6.2 Users are responsible for:

  • providing their own VOIP-compatible equipment,

  • configuring their devices,

  • ensuring proper network setup.
    6.3 The Company is not responsible for device setup, configuration, or hardware-related issues under the standard service model.
    6.4 Optional paid services are available for device installation, configuration assistance, and troubleshooting support.


7. Phone Number Porting

7.1 Users may request to port an existing phone number to Hosting520.
7.2 All port requests require the User to complete a Number Port Authorization (LOA) Form and provide any required documentation.
7.3 Porting cannot begin until all paperwork is submitted accurately.
7.4 Porting timelines are controlled by third-party carriers and may vary.
7.5 The Company is not responsible for delays, rejections, or issues caused by the losing carrier or incorrect information provided by the User.


8. Service Availability and Limitations

8.1 Hosting520 provides VOIP services on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
8.2 Service interruptions may occur due to network outages, maintenance, or factors beyond our control.
8.3 Hosting520 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service.


9. Agreement to Terms

By using Hosting520 VOIP services, the User acknowledges they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
Hosting520 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.


10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona.
You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cochise County, Arizona for any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the services provided by Hosting520.


11. FCC Robocall Reporting

11.1 Hosting520 complies with all applicable Federal Communications Commission (FCC) rules regarding robocalls and automated calling.
11.2 Users may report unwanted robocalls received through Hosting520 services to the FCC and are encouraged to do so.
11.3 Hosting520 is not responsible for robocalls originating from other carriers, third-party services, or external sources outside our network.
11.4 Users agree to hold Hosting520 and SuperSD Enterprises LLC harmless for any liability arising from robocalls that are not originated by Hosting520.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using Hosting520’s web hosting and related internet services (“Services”), you (“Customer,” “you,” or “your”) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”), our Privacy Policy, and any applicable Service Level Agreements.

By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Hosting520 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time, with or without notice. Continued use of our Services constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately stop using our Services.


2. Services Provided

Hosting520, operated by SuperSD Enterprises LLC (“we,” “us,” “our”), provides shared hosting, domain registration, email, and related services.

We may modify, upgrade, suspend, or discontinue any Service at any time, with or without notice, while honoring any active contractual obligations.


3. Account Setup and Responsibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian.

  • You agree to provide accurate and current contact, billing, and account information.

  • You are solely responsible for all content uploaded, stored, or transmitted under your account.

  • You are responsible for ensuring that your activities comply with applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms.


4. Payments and Billing

  • All Services must be prepaid for the selected billing cycle.

  • Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in our Refund Policy.

  • Late payments may result in suspension or termination after 30 days.

  • Hosting520 reserves the right to adjust pricing with 30 days’ notice.

  • Chargebacks or payment disputes may result in immediate suspension of Services.


5. Refund Policy

  • Shared hosting plans include a non-refundable.

  • Domain registration, SSL certificates, and third-party services are non-refundable.

  • Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.


6. Acceptable Use Policy (AUP)

This Acceptable Use Policy defines activities that are not permitted when using Hosting520’s Services. Violating this policy may result in suspension or termination of your Services without notice or refund.

6.1 Illegal or Harmful Activities

You may not use Hosting520’s Services for any activity that:

  • Violates any applicable law or regulation.

  • Hosts, distributes, or links to malware, viruses, Trojan horses, or phishing sites.

  • Promotes or facilitates fraud, scams, pyramid schemes, or deceptive marketing.

  • Hosts or transmits child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or other material harmful to minors.

  • Promotes or facilitates terrorism, hate speech, or violence.

  • Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, patents, or other intellectual property rights.

  • Facilitates illegal sale or distribution of drugs, weapons, or restricted goods.

  • Promotes or facilitates prostitution or sex trafficking.


6.2 Resource Abuse and System Misuse

You may not:

  • Use the Service as a backup, file storage, or archive unrelated to your active website.

  • Run peer-to-peer (P2P), BitTorrent, file sharing, or streaming services.

  • Run proxy servers, anonymizers, or IRC servers.

  • Operate bots, spiders, or daemons without authorization.

  • Use scripts or software that excessively consume CPU, memory, or bandwidth.

  • Host crypto-mining or cryptocurrency exchange operations.

  • Interfere with or disrupt other users’ Services or network performance.


6.3 Email and Spam

You may not:

  • Send unsolicited bulk email (“spam”) or use purchased email lists.

  • Forge headers or email identities.

  • Host or promote sites advertised via spam.

  • Send excessive emails that degrade server performance.

  • Cause Hosting520’s IP addresses to be blacklisted.


6.4 Content Restrictions

You may not host or link to:

  • Pornographic, obscene, defamatory, or excessively violent material.

  • Content that incites hate or discrimination.

  • Copyright-infringing files such as pirated movies, music, or software.

  • Misleading or false content intended to scam or defraud users.


6.5 Shared Hosting Limitations

On shared hosting plans, you may not:

  • Resell hosting services unless you have a reseller plan.

  • Exceed reasonable resource usage (CPU, RAM, I/O, or inode limits).

  • Run continuous background processes or large databases without approval.

  • Store large numbers of backup files or unrelated data archives.


6.6 Enforcement and Reporting

  • Hosting520 reserves the right to suspend, disable, or terminate accounts violating this AUP.

  • We may remove prohibited content or block access without notice.

  • We may report illegal activity to law enforcement.

  • You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

Reports of AUP violations should be sent to abuse@hosting520.com with supporting evidence.


7. Backups and Data Responsibility

While Hosting520 performs periodic system backups for operational purposes, you are solely responsible for maintaining your own up-to-date backups. Hosting520 is not liable for data loss due to hardware failure, human error, or suspension/termination.


8. Uptime Guarantee and Warranty Disclaimer

Hosting520 strives to maintain 99.9% uptime across all shared hosting services, excluding scheduled maintenance, emergency repairs, user misconfigurations, or events beyond our control (force majeure).

However, Hosting520 provides all Services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

We make no guarantees regarding uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we are not responsible for downtime, performance issues, or data loss resulting from:

  • User configuration errors, software installations, or script malfunctions

  • Improper website or DNS setup

  • Third-party plugins, applications, or themes

  • Force majeure events (including natural disasters, cyberattacks, or power/network failures)

By using our Services, you agree to hold Hosting520 and SuperSD Enterprises LLC harmless from any loss or damage resulting from downtime, configuration errors, or service interruptions, regardless of cause.


9. Do-It-Yourself (DIY) Hosting Service Disclaimer

Hosting520 is a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) web hosting platform. You are responsible for managing, configuring, and maintaining your own websites, email, databases, and applications hosted on our systems.

  • We do not guarantee compatibility with any specific software, scripts, or platforms.

  • We are not responsible for misconfigurations, accidental deletions, security breaches caused by weak passwords or outdated software, or other user-driven errors.

  • Technical support is limited to server and infrastructure-related issues under our control.

  • We also offer optional managed, development, or configuration services that are provided separately and may be subject to additional terms and fees.

By using Hosting520, you acknowledge that you assume all responsibility for website setup, management, and maintenance, and agree to hold Hosting520 and SuperSD Enterprises LLC harmless for any issues arising from your configurations or misuse of the Services.


10. Limitation of Liability

Hosting520, SuperSD Enterprises LLC, and their affiliates, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of data, revenue, business, or goodwill, arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Services — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

You expressly agree to use Hosting520’s Services at your own risk and accept full responsibility for any outcomes, configurations, or results of your use.


11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hosting520, SuperSD Enterprises LLC, its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, losses, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of the Services, your data, your configurations, or violation of these Terms.


12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account for:

  • Violation of these Terms or the AUP

  • Non-payment of fees

  • Security, abuse, or legal compliance reasons

Upon termination, all hosted data may be permanently deleted.


13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States.

You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Cochise County, Arizona.
